What forms of payment are accepted? We accept payment in TTD (Trinidad and Tobago Dollars) and USD (United States Dollars) exclusively through the following methods:

Bank Transfer (TTD): For local customers paying in TTD (Trinidad and Tobago only).
Zelle (USD): For clients who wish to pay in USD.

How do I complete a Bank Transfer (TTD)? If you choose the bank transfer option for your TTD payment, please send your payment to the following account:

IMPORTANT: USD Conversion Rate
For all orders, the conversion rate for USD payments will be applied at a fixed rate of 7:1 (1 USD = 7 TTD).

Your order will be confirmed once the full payment is received.

What is your policy on returns and exchanges?


While all sales are final, the designer takes personal pride in the quality and fit of every piece. We encourage you to utilize our Distribution Day services for ultimate satisfaction:

•⁠ ⁠The only opportunity for an exchange is on the distribution day, and this is strictly permitted only if the desired item/size is currently in stock at the event.

DOWNPAYMENT OPTIONS

Can I pay a deposit?Yes, we are delighted to offer a 50% downpayment option to reserve your piece and secure your order.

Is my downpayment refundable? Please note that once your reservation is confirmed, all down payments are final and non-refundable. This allows us to immediately commit the necessary resources to the creation and preparation of your piece.

When is the final payment due?

Your remaining 50% balance is due by January 31, 2026.

  • Distribution/Pick-Up Date: February 2027.

  • We will communicate all location and final date updates with you as soon as they are confirmed.

2. Ensuring the Perfect Fit

What services are available on Collection Day to ensure my piece fits beautifully?

We want you to feel incredible in your piece!

  • Fittings will be encouraged on Distribution Day, and an on-site seamstress will be available for minor adjustments to ensure the perfect fit.
  • Please also refer to the General FAQ regarding our policy on on-the-day exchanges.

3. Collection Logistics

What happens if I cannot pick up my order on the specified date?

If you anticipate being unable to collect your order on the official date, please contact us immediately. We will do our very best to discuss and arrange a possible alternative.

What do I need to bring to collect my order?

For security and confirmation, please bring valid photo identification and your order confirmation/receipt.

Can a friend or family member collect my order for me?

Yes, but they must present the following:

  • A copy of your order confirmation/receipt.
  • A letter of authorization signed by you.
  • Their own valid photo identification.
